The NJ Department of Environmental Protection launched a new website recently. It is loaded with information about Dirty Dirt being advertised as “clean fill” and measures communities can take to protect themselves from potentially contaminated fill material.
Glad the NJDEP is on board (finally) and recognizes that this is in fact within their realm of responsibility.
