February 19, 2019
  • February 22, 2019 – Provide DEP with immediate access to 3 Silver Spruce Dr and cease receiving new material.
  • Within 30 days (March 30) – Provide the DEP with complete documentation setting forth the source and nature of the fill material brought to the site since 2009.
