Judge Bride of the Municipal Court of Long Hill has issued his decision on the trial of Mr. Wallace for 82 zoning violations. The trial began on May 8 and continued on May 31 and September 5, 2019. Mr. Wallace was found guilty of 52 summonses, not guilty of 7, Continue Reading
Today the State Attorney General’s office filed a request with Judge Berdote Byrne, asking the court to appoint a receiver to control all of Wallace’s assets and start imposing fines of up to $150K per day.
Judge Berdote Byrne denied appeals made by Wallace and ordered him to comply with her previous decision on June 3, 2019. She cautioned that if he did not comply with the order, further actions could be taken by the court.
