Today was a day that mattered. Today was a day that we ended our silent fight. Today was a day that we braved the elements and stood shoulder to shoulder. Approximately 60 brave individuals took to the side of Route 565 in Vernon, just south of Silver Spruce Drive. Passerby’s stopped to encourage us, hand out hot coffee, and drop off handwarmers. Thanks to everyone who made this day a success. Thanks to Eric Obernauer for writing another article for the NJ Herald about this ongoing saga.
